All Fired Up is born from a long lived passion for cooking and a drive to develop a taste experience that reaches a whole new level.

Founder & Chef, All Fired Up
I qualified as a Chef more than 20 years ago at college and won Pastry Chef of the Year (Wow doesn't time fly!) I continued my passion for cooking and moved to specialising as a Pastry Chef at the very popular and highly rated Stirkhouse in Gisburn, Lancashire. I spent a number of years there, catering for customers, weddings and events which was I thoroughly enjoyed. With my love of cooking and thirst for knowledge, I then travelled to Australia in 2000 for the Olympic Games in Sydney, to work as a hospitality catering volunteer. It is at this point in my life that I knew running my own catering business was the right path for me. Fast forward a few (amazing) years of settling down, having a family and perfecting the art of wood fired pizzas and handcrafted dough - and now here I am running my own business, doing what I love with the fantastic support of my family and friends.​
